We Went On A Train Ride . . .

We have had two wonderful days out on the Severn Valley Railway this week - and we didn't let the heavy rain dampen our spirits!

It was very exciting when we arrived at the station and saw our steam engine waiting to take us on our journey.

We couldn't wait to get on board and find our seats!

We met lots of lovely new friends that helped us on our way - they all had a special job to do.

We listened out ready to hear the whistle blow!

"Tickets please!"

We saw lots of different animals as we travelled along including sheep, cows, horses, ducks and chickens.
But the best part of the journey was when we went past the Safari Park and spotted the elephants!

After lunch there was just enough time to fit in a little snooze before our return journey . . .
We all had a great time and would love to hear about your adventures if you have been on a train journey - post us a comment and tell us all about it!
